•rub on the bottom of your feet for sleep/relaxation
•rub into legs for leg cramps/restless legs
•rub into lower back or lower abdomen for menstrual cramps/discomfort
•rub into wrists if feeling anxious! Can also apply to feet!

Unfortunately, I will not be issues refunds for melted products as I cannot change the weather or delivery conditions, but I will be shipping insulated and with ice packs when necessary to help prevent melting from occurring.
